 DOSAGE
 

Adult: 1 to 2 capsules twice a day.

Children: 1 capsule twice a day.

Medication should be continued for seven days after symptoms have subsided.

Do's

1. Prefer good nutritious bland diet at regular intervals

Don'ts

1. Avoid spicy, oily and fried food recipes
2. Avoid fish and non-vegetarian items
3. Avoid suppressing the natural urges
4. Avoid consumption of incompatible food items such as milk and sour fruits together, milk and banana, etc
5. Avoid sour things
6. Avoid salt and curd intake
7.  Avoid excessive exposure to sun, polluted air and heat
8. Avoid daytime sleeping and / or sleepless nights
9. Avoid excessive mental stress
