This information has not been evaluated by the Food and Medical Authorities or by us. We trust the manufacturing companies have properly tested their products. Our website is not intended as a substitute for medical advice, but only to apprise the reader of some of the many applications of these products and remedies. The goods and products mentioned on the website are solely meant for sales for customers who aware of Ayurveda. The advice of a qualified health care professional is recommended. Terms & Conditions of AyurShop

USER AGREEMENT: By accessing AyurShop, you enter into the user agreement on the terms and conditions set out below. This Agreement is for an indefinite term. Subject to the terms contained herein, either party can terminate this agreement for any reason provided that such termination shall be conditional upon, including but not limited to, discharge of all contractual and statutory obligations. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AyurShop, its parent, directors, officers, affiliates and associates, franchises, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, view or post to or transmit or as a result of any transaction done on or through this site. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS: AyurShop reserves the right to add to or change/modify the terms of this Agreement. Any changes will be posted and it is your responsibility as a user to refer to the terms on accessing this site. Changes could be made by us anytime after the first posting to the site and you will be deemed to have accepted any change if you continue to access the Site after that. This Site reserves the right to modify, suspend/cancel, or discontinue any service at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the site without prior notice.

MEMBERSHIP CHARGES: This site reserves the right to charge subscription or membership fees in respect of any part, aspect of this Site upon reasonable prior notice.

MEMBERS PRIVACY: We are committed to protecting your personal privacy. AyurShop will not give out your telephone number or E-mail address, except where needed to deliver a product or service you ordered. In other words, we will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. This information is collected primarily to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and deliver the required materials promptly. We may occasionally update you via E-mail of special new product arrivals, features or schemes on our site. You get automatically enrolled for our newsletter upon registration. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: Right of membership reserved with AyurShop - Any signup member can be rejected without assigning any reason whatsoever. Membership at AyurShop is a privilege and not a right. You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the Signup Form and to maintain and update your registration information as necessary to keep it current, complete and accurate. You then will choose a password and a login name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We may terminate your access, or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party Provider, Merchant, Sponsor, Licensor, service provider, or us.

Because customer service is paramount to our business, we reserve the right to refuse to sell products to you if it reasonably appears to us that you intend to resell the products (except in cases of proper Trade Enquiries). In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased by each customer.

PRODUCT LIST, PURCHASE ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TERMS: The number of products information available on the website does not in any way represent their availability, existence or correctness. While complete care is taken to have the authentic information, the data collected from the product companies is liable to change without immediate information. Confirmation of a purchase order on AyurShop is intent to purchase the selected items by the member. However, AyurShop has the right to reconfirm the purchase order before supply. Complete care will be taken to deliver the ordered materials as per schedule. No claims will be entertained for late deliveries. However, AyurShop has the right to accept or deny the deliveries of a purchase order without assigning any reasons thereof. In case of non-availability of products AyurShop has the right to offer alternatives or cancel the item from the purchase order. YOUR CONDUCT: Any conduct by you that in our sole discretion restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site or chat room will not be permitted. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You also grant AyurShop and its subsidiaries the right to use the name you submit in connection with such Submission.

By posting or sending us a Submission, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content in your Submission, that the content you provide is accurate, and that use of the content in your Submission does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity. You agree to indemnify AyurShop and its subsidiaries against all claims and liabilities resulting from your Submission. AyurShop does not take any responsibility and assumes no liability for any Submission posted by you or any other person or entity.

PAYMENT NOTIFICATION: We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY: All the contents of AyurShop are only for general information or use. No advice or information, whether oral or written, which you obtain from us shall create any warranty not expressly made herein. INDIAN LAW: The Laws of India shall govern the Agreement. The Courts of law at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
